What are the delivery times?
Not as fast as a Yuh app transaction, but still speedy: expect your items to arrive within 2 to 5 working days.
Where do you ship?
Hollywood will have to wait. We currently only ship within Switzerland and Liechtenstein through Swiss Post.
What are the shipping costs?
Oh, you'll love this: there are no shipping costs. What you see is what you get.
What payment methods do you accept?
We've got you covered with Visa, Mastercard, TWINT, Apple Pay or Google Pay, American Express. All transactions are processed securely to ensure your payment information is safe.
What is your return or exchange policy?
We have to put our strict voice on here: in exceptional circumstances, items may be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition after prior consultation. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.
How can I check if an item is in stock?
Very simple! If it's there, it's yours. Product availability is indicated on each product page
of the Yuh Shop. If an item is out of stock, you will see an «out of stock» label.
